At Oxford House Menswear, the customer always comes first. We are always available to answer any of your questions, queries or issues. Some of our more frequently asked questions are answered below:

Delivery & Returns

Delivery charges differ depending on the amount spent on your order as outlined below. £0.01 - £49.99 = £4.50 £50.00 - £99.99 = £6.50 £100 + = FREE DELIVERY We also offer a next day delivery (orders to be placed by 1pm) at £9.95. European Delivery (within EU) £10.00

If for any reason the goods are not what you expected you are more than welcome to return them to us (in a saleable condition) within 30 days for exchange or a refund. If a refund is required please return with a note explaining the reason for the return and on receipt of goods, they will be inspected to make sure that they aren't damaged in anyway and a refund will be issued. If an exchange is required please return to us with a note explaining the reason for return and what you would like to exchange for. Also a contact telephone number incase we need to speak to you regarding your exchange. If an item is being exchanged a £4.50 carriage charge would be put in place to cover carriage of goods back out to the customer.

Ordering & Payments

All the items you see on our website are available to buy on-line or in store. Use the categories or brands to find out what you want and just choose your size from the drop down and click 'Add To Basket'. From here you can either 'continue shopping' or 'proceed to checkout'.

You can securely pay via the website using either a Paypal account or any credit/debit card. We also use Paypal to process card payments but you DO NOT NEED a PayPal account for this. You are more than welcome to call us and place your order over the phone and pay using your credit/debit card. We can also offer payment by BACS (Bank Transfer). You would need to call us and place the order and once the Bank Transfer is processed the goods will leave us. Unfortunately we do not offer an account system.

When you arrive at the checkout our system passes you to our card processor (PayPal) who use a 128bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted secure page where you complete your order by providing your credit/debit card details. When you type your card and CCV number into the page, it is in secure mode. This means that your browser encodes what you type, and the server decodes it. Every trading website uses the SSL encryption system and you can tell you are in secure mode when a little padlock icon appears on the screen.

We stock some of the specialist big mens brands such as KAM Jeanswear, Duke Clothing, Cotton Valley & Espionage. As well as this we offer some brands in bigger sizes that many of our competitors may not such as Weird Fish, Raging Bull & Eden Park.

People worry that when they sign up to emails that they will be inundated with emails from us. We guarantee that we will not bombard you with emails!! We usually send out one or two emails a month with genuine customer information on New Arrivals, Special Offers & Sale periods.
