Christmas Returns Policy
As with every year, our Extended Christmas Returns policy is now in place meaning anything bought in store or on line from November 1st 2023 can be exchanged up to January 14th 2024.
Standard Returns Procedure
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products then simply return them to us within 14 days for a full refund of the product price or exchange. (Refunds do not include postage costs.) Simply send the item(s) back in their original condition and packaging (including all the attached tags) to the address stated below.
If goods purchased are returned to be replaced for a bigger/smaller size when incorrect sizes have been ordered, this would be subject to a nominal handling and carriage charge payable over the phone with any credit/debit card.
Please Note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept return of Double Two formal shirts once opened these will then be deemed 'unfit for sale'.
We would advise you to always obtain proof of posting (recorded delivery) when returning goods. Please inform us immediately (within the first 3 days of arrival), if any goods have been damaged in transit. After this time we cannot accept any responsibility for damage.

The following charges apply to all UK mainland orders.
Orders less that £49.99: £4.50
Orders between £49.99 and £99.99: £6.95
Orders greater than £99.99: FREE CARRIAGE
Please Note: All parcels are now sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. In the event that you are not at home to sign for a parcel, a card will be left for you to either arrange another date for delivery or for collection (where possible).
