After receiving my order from the OH Bigman Website today which arrived extremely quickly i might say. I realised upon trying the suit and shirt i had ordered, that i had ordered the incorrect sizes. All it took was one quick phone call and the sales person was so knowledgeable and helpful with my problem. During the conversation i realised the store was only about 45mins away from me so i popped along and the sales staff were so helpful with fitting me with the correct sizes and they told me even if they didnt have the correct sizes in stock they could get them almost by the next day and ship them out to me. Excellent Online and actual shop help with the knowledge thats needed and very rare in todays online society. Have shopped with them a couple of times now and will definitely shop with them again with the knowledge that they do know their trade.
