1. How long has Oxford House Menswear been trading?
We have been serving customers for over 50 years from our store in Pontycymer, Bridgend.

2. What size ranges do you carry?
We stock men’s clothing from small up to 6 XL. For larger sizes specifically, our dedicated “OH BigMan” department offers sizes 2XL to 6XL — including items such as casual shirts, jeans, suits, formal shirts and trousers up to a 62″ chest and 60″ waist.

3. Which brands do you stock?
We carry well-known menswear brands including (but not limited to) Eden Park, Skopes, Farah, Weird Fish, Under Armour & Double Two.

4. Where are you located and what are your opening hours?
Our store is at:
43-47 Oxford Street, Pontycymer, Bridgend, CF32 8DD. 
Typical opening hours: Monday to Friday 09:00–17:30, Saturday 09:00–17:00, Sunday closed.

5. Do you offer online shopping or only in-store?
Yes — besides our physical store, we operate an online service for our big-size range (2XL–6XL) via the “OH BigMan” website.

6. What about suits and formal wear in larger sizes?
We provide suits and formal wear in larger sizes up to 62″ chest / 60″ waist.

7. What is your returns and exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products then simply return them to us within 28 days for a full refund of the product price or exchange. (Refunds do not include postage costs.) Simply send the item(s) back in their original condition and packaging (including all the attached tags)

You can call us at 01656 870211, or email via our website contact form. Our staff have many years of experience in big-size menswear and are happy to advise on fit, styles and brands. 

10. Do you stock accessories and more casual wear as well as formal?
Yes — our range includes casual shirts, T-shirts, hoodies, knitwear, jeans/trousers, accessories (belts, ties, etc.) and formalwear — all in the larger size range.
